In order to prevent unauthorized use, loss, and other incidents of individual As an IT solution provider, implementing appropriate security measures for information assets—not only those owned by our company but also those entrusted to us by our clients—is an extremely important matter for conducting our corporate activities in a stable and continuous manner. In other words, maintaining a high level of security for information assets and making further efforts to improve it are essential measures for our company, and we are convinced that implementing these appropriately with high reliability will lead to our company's development.
In order to prevent unauthorized use, loss, and other incidents of individual information assets beyond their intended purposes, we hereby establish this Information Security Basic Policy and declare that all officers and employees recognize its importance and will comply with it along with other security-related laws and regulations.
This Information Security Basic Policy represents the "fundamental approach" for continuously implementing appropriate protection and management of all information assets held and managed by our company, and is positioned as a "regulation" requiring approval by the Board of Directors.
Our company will promote activities for continuous improvement of ISMS operations and mechanisms.
