Declaration
As an IT & Electronics solution provider, implementing appropriate security measures for information assets—not only those owned by our company but also those entrusted to us by our clients—is an extremely important matter for conducting our corporate activities in a stable and continuous manner. In other words, maintaining a high level of security for information assets and making further efforts to improve it are essential policies for our company, and we are convinced that implementing these measures appropriately with high reliability will lead to the development of our company.
Our company hereby establishes this Basic Information Security Policy to prevent unauthorized use, loss, and other incidents of individual information assets beyond their intended purposes, and declares that all officers and employees recognize its importance and will comply with it together with other security-related laws and regulations.
This Information Security Basic Policy represents the "fundamental approach" for continuously implementing appropriate protection and management of all information assets held and managed by the Company, and is positioned as a "regulation" that requires approval by the Board of Directors.
